One CNC machined Project for a USA client

This is a low volume production(small scale production)project we did for our American client and we did this project for them for about 6 years. It is a functional part so the appearance is not so important.

1. We have to do the programming work.

2. We have to prepare the material brick,which depends on the quantity of the machined parts our client ordered.

3. We have to machining them out.

4. We have to inspect it during the machining process

5. We have to inspect them before packaging.

6. We send these parts to the anodising factory.

7. After anodised work we have to inspect them.

8. We packaging the parts before shipping.

9. Shipping.
