This project was for one of the biggest home appliance customer which we made 4+ sets.High Polishing clear(transparent) finish only. We did it by CNC machining PC workpiece(CNC milling and turning machining) and CNC machining PEEK.For the geometry/structure is complex we have to split them for several parts and glue them together,this part require the big torque and need stay steady during the testing process.
