We usually make the door panel by CNC milling machining(CNC milling) ABS material,this usually cost us several days with raw ABS and some more days including the painting and nickel plating (with various colors) and leather trim.The tolerance we could control is +/-0.3mm and we could offer CMM Inspection report. For more than 5pc of door panel,it is suitable for Vacuum Casting(or Silicone Moulding,Silicone Molding,Cast Urethane),which would save the cost and hand work time to reduce the total leadtime.
